I knew I would be very pregnant during Halloween this year so while scrolling Pinterest for ideas, a pregnant Pooh Bear costume was too cute to pass up! And it totally sealed the deal that our daughter Lily loves Pooh Bear and all of his Hundred Acre Wood friends right now.

This was so easy to DIY! I borrowed my yellow dress from my sister (find similar dress here) and I bought a red shirt and rolled it up over my belly and tied it in a knot on my back. Then I grabbed yellow gold felt and cut and glued ears onto a headband. I drew on a little black nose, and I was Pooh Bear!

For Lily's Piglet costume I bought a hot pink onesie. If you already have one just repurpose it and turn it inside out if there is a design. A tshirt or dress would also work. then I took black masking tape and cut long thin strips and taped them on horizontally. Then I grabbed pink felt and cut big Piglet ears and I attached them in her hair using bobby pins. Lastly, I put tights and a sweater on her to keep her warm, and there you go!

For Tigger, we were kindly lent this costume by a friend. But if my husband didn't have that to wear I probably would have DIYed a Christopher Robin costume. I've seen this done and it is so cute and so simple. Just grab some blue shorts and a yellow polo and you've got Christopher Robin!
