Our little Lily has been in love with Pooh Bear and all of his friends so it was only fitting that her second birthday should be Winnie the Pooh themed. And I had so much fun creating the perfect Hundred Acre Wood for her!

I love doing mid-morning parties, between breakfast and lunch timing. I focused on finger foods and snacky items rather than a full on meal. Here you can find these cute bee plates, napkins and cups.

Winnie the Pooh party food ideas:
Tigger Tails (large pretzel sticks dipped in orange chocolate melts, drizzled with melted chocolate chips)
Rabbit's Veggie Garden (veggies & dip)
Eeyore's Cheer Up Charcuterie
Piglet's Pigs in a Blanket
Roo's "Re-Dos" (these are just raisins, but Lily calls them "re-dos" in her little 2 year old voice)
Kanga's Kid Friendly Juice Boxes
Owl's Adult Only Sangria
Pooh's Sweet Treats (Lemon Vanilla Cupcakes)

I love theming out each item with a character name to make it festive. And we had these cute Pooh Bear toy figures I placed next to their food item. The food signs I just wrote out on brown craft paper with some backwards "S's" to give it that Hundred Acre Wood feel.

Winnie the Pooh party decor:
Honeypot banners: Find out how I made these with my simple Honeypot Banner tutorial.
Lily's Hundred Acre Wood sign
Honeypots: (terracotta pots, yellow acrylic paint and black permanent marker)
I also printed out some photos of our family dressed as Pooh Bear characters from Halloween a few months earlier. Find my DIY Pooh Bear costume tutorial here.

Winnie the Pooh Games/Activities:
Pooh's Honeypot Toss: I covered a plastic bucket in brown and yellow craft paper. And the kids tossed bean bags into it. Perfect for the little ones!
Pin the tail on Eeyore: I just had to do this one since poor Eeyore is always losing his tail. I found the image online and just printed it out and cut the tails out for the kids to pin on.
Pooh Bear's Puppet Theatre: Such a cute puppet theatre, farm stand, etc. I've used this on several occasions and I rotate it in and out of our playroom. I bought it second hand but it is originally from Crate&Kids.
Coloring & Pooh Bear stickers: A really simple activity is just printing out coloring sheets of Pooh Bear and friends and having crayons/markers/stickers, etc. out.

It was a very fun day for a special little girl!
